Frequently asked questions about the post-production suite
Can I bring my own hard drive or SSD?
Yes. Every station has high-speed USB-C and USB-A ports. Your media is never stored on the studio’s computers: when you finish, you take everything with you.
Are the software licenses full or restricted?
They are full commercial licenses: DaVinci Resolve Studio (not the free version), Adobe Creative Cloud with the complete suite, and ChatGPT Pro active throughout your session.
Can I book several stations at the same time?
Yes. If your team needs to work in parallel — for example, an editor on the Workstation and a colorist in the Color Suite — you can book both stations simultaneously.
Which station do you recommend if I edit in Final Cut Pro?
The Mac Studio. It is the only station running macOS, which makes it the only option compatible with Final Cut Pro. It is also the best fit for any native Apple workflow.
What is the minimum booking time?
The minimum booking is one hour, and you can extend it as needed. For long projects we offer full-day rates; message us and we will build a custom plan.
Do I need to know DaVinci Resolve or Adobe to book?
It’s not required. You can book just the space and equipment, or add a personalized class or mentoring session to learn the editing and color workflow while you work on your project.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can reschedule at no cost with advance notice. The exact cancellation and refund terms are in our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
Does the post-production suite have high-speed internet to upload my deliverables?
Yes. We have a high-speed connection and optional cloud storage so you can upload, back up and share your files without relying on your own drive.
