What is post-production?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

It’s everything that happens after the shoot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you finish shooting, you don’t have a video. You have a pile of pieces: repeated takes, moments that work, moments that don’t, audio with background noise, colors that don’t match from one shot to the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Post-production, with video editing at its core, is the work of turning that pile of pieces into something people want to watch: picking the good parts, putting them in order, fixing the color, cleaning up the sound, adding music and text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s where a video becomes good \u2014 or stays a phone edit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
